A few days ago, we showed you a video of this Glock 43x being sprayed with Cerakote (a ceramic based custom coating). This is the finished result. We really like how it turned out, but most importantly, the customer loves it. Spraying the color is one of the fun parts to watch, but when it comes to doing custom coatings, there are many steps that precede spraying color. We have to do an acetone bath, gas out oil, sandblast, measure and mix paint catalyst, design, print and apply stencils, and more. It is a process, and not one step can be missed. One of the services we offer is restoration. We can help bring your treasured piece back to life. Whether you want it to look as close to the original as possible, or give it a new look after removing rust and other damage, 2AR Patriots is here to help! Just finished this Florida Gators design on a Glock with a poly 80 frame. Our customer asked for “Gators orange and blue, with Gators written on the left, and throw some green in there if possible”. Challenge excepted and exceeded! We would love to create some more sports team designs.
